AMP™ 2.0 Jump Rope Set

The AMP Jump Rope Set is Crossrope's Bluetooth-connected jump rope system. AMP Handles pair with the Crossrope App to count every jump in real time and power guided training like TargetTrainer®, adaptive targets and AI Coach. Like every Crossrope set, the handles and ropes are separate pieces that connect with a fast-clip system, so you can switch between the ¼ LB, ½ LB and 1 LB ropes and add more ropes or ropeless attachments later.

Key benefits:

• Real-time jump counting and workout stats in the Crossrope App
• Guided workouts and programs (3,000+ workouts with Standard Membership)
• Three rope weights, from cardio to strength
• Without a membership, still works as standard weighted jump rope handles

Includes: AMP Handles (Bluetooth), ¼ LB rope, ½ LB rope, 1 LB rope.

Compatibility: AMP Handles connect to compatible Crossrope ropes and ropeless attachments using the fast-clip system.

Connectivity: Bluetooth (Crossrope App).

Membership: Required for connected features. A Crossrope Membership unlocks real-time jump counting, tracking, TargetTrainer®, adaptive targets and guided workouts: Lite ($4.99/month) for jump counting with limited workouts, or Standard ($99 for the first 12 months, then $119/year, or $14.99/month) for 3,000+ workouts, 50+ programs and AI Coach. Without a membership, AMP Handles work as standard weighted jump rope handles, without jump tracking or app workouts. See full details.

Warranty: AMP Handles have a Limited Lifetime Warranty on non-electronic parts and a 1-year warranty on the battery and electronics, extendable to 2–4 years total with the AMP Extended Warranty (+1, +2 or +3 years). Ropes wear with use and aren't covered.

Best for: Guided workouts, real-time feedback, progress tracking and goal-focused training.
