Shipping policy
Most products on The Stronger Human ship directly from the brand that makes them. That means shipping costs, processing times, and delivery times depend on which products you order and where you live.
Shipping costs
Shipping is calculated at checkout based on the brand, the weight of your order, and your shipping address. Some brands offer free shipping within the US. You'll see the full shipping cost before you pay.
Processing times
Processing times vary by brand. Some products are made to order or take longer to prepare, and these are noted on the product page:

Processing time is separate from delivery time. Your order's delivery estimate starts once it ships.
Where orders ship from
Most of our brands ship from within the USA. A few ship from other countries:

Orders with more than one brand
If your order includes products from different brands, each brand ships its items separately. Your order may arrive in more than one package, and you'll receive a separate tracking number for each shipment.
Tracking your order
You'll receive an email with a tracking number once your order ships. If your order arrives in several packages, you'll receive a tracking email for each one.
International shipping
Many products ship internationally, but some brands only ship to certain countries. Checkout will show you if an item can't ship to your address. International orders may be subject to import duties, taxes, or customs fees charged by the destination country. These are not included in your order total unless the product page says otherwise.
Bought on a partner's website?
Some partner pages, such as bellicon, LMNT, Marek Health, Plunge, and Vivobarefoot, send you to the brand's own website to buy. Those orders are shipped and supported entirely by that brand.
Delays, damage, or lost packages
If your tracking hasn't updated in a while, your package arrives damaged, or it doesn't arrive, email us at hello@thestrongerhuman.store with your order number. For damaged items, please include photos. We'll work with the brand to sort it out.
Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. If you need to change it, email us as soon as possible so we can contact the brand before your order ships.
