About The Stronger Human
Strong was
a start.
Bodybuilding and powerlifting made Nsima Inyang strong. They didn’t teach him every way his body could move.
The Stronger Human grew from that gap. Keep the strength. Make room for rhythm, coordination, play and a body that can adapt.

The shift
Lifting mattered.
So did what
was missing.
Nsima describes being muscular and strong, but stiff in everyday movements. Even bending down to tie his shoes meant bracing. Jiu-jitsu asked something different of his body.
His practice widened: rope flow for rhythm and rotation, sandbag carries, calisthenics, running. Lifting still had a place. The goal became being strong and able to move dynamically.
A broader practice
Leave room to learn.
That curiosity shapes The Stronger Human. Walk, carry, bounce, breathe, learn a new pattern. Build a practice you enjoy and keep asking what else your body can do.
