Nice, smooth rope. Don’t know how it will hold up long term. The handle wraps are pretty thick so small hands beware

I love the look, feel, and flow of this rope. My first heavy rope but not my last. This rope is a superb introduction to the experience heavier ropes can provide. It’s not a beginner rope but it’s a must stop on your rope flow journey!
Shipping was quick and to my surprise the rope came with a storage bag, sticker and postcard. Which wasn’t in the description. Quality of rope seems really good but it is my first rope.

Perfect for recovery, stamina, productive fatigue, flexibility, collateral improvement. A little weight goes a long way. All without the constraints of indoor lighting or membership. Must have.

It's a very nice rope with a very soft exterior. Be careful not to use it in rocky terrain /rough concrete textures so it doesn't snag.
Great product. Been flowing with it a couple times per day. My shoulders and gait feel a lot better from using it. The rope is a little finicky in twisting up a little for some moves, but straightens out when correcting for technique. I’ve noticed a bit of fraying in the middle of the rope, but it doesn’t appear to be severe atm.
I love the feel of the rope, and it has just enough heft to make sure I know I've had a workout. I had a fairly complex rotator cuff repair back in December and have returned to weight training, but my shoulder still didn't feel quite right. Rope flow helps me work on my shoulders with just enough tension to strengthen everything in the joint. I don't know how to describe it other than to say it feels like it's "cleaning up" whatever else isn't working in there. My shoulder feels stronger and it's tightened up so I don't feel tendons popping in place any more. While I truthfully haven't had any problems with my back, it does feel looser and stronger as well. And it's fun to do (when I'm not hitting myself in the leg.)

I’ve swung it once on carpet and it already looks like it is starting to unravel. Not very confident about the durability. Is it not supposed to hit the ground?
I love the weight of this rope. However, the outer fibers are delicate and can snag on stuff too easily whereby it might start unraveling or fraying. It would be better if it had the texture of my Ghost Rope
Rope feels great. Would be 5 stars except for durability concerns. Rope is very soft, what makes it soft is very fine threads on the outside. Those fine threads very easily get snagged on things and get pulled out. Learned the hard way that I can't wear a watch while using this rope. As long as you don't wear anything for it to snag on and only transport it in the included bag it should be fine. Choose a different rope if you want something you can be a little more carefree with.
