Great Rope!
I love this thing. Feels great on my shoulders and I picked it up quick. Nsima’s FitnessFAQs episode, I listened to it before, must’ve tuned out the entire segment on rope flow, went back a year later, listened again, which prompted the interest… and here I am!

Started with a Home Depot rope but these are a game changer. Joint decompression is a lot more noticeable!
The heavy-ish rope has been the perfect introduction to Rope Flow! The hype is real: it will within a day or two decompress your spine, unlock your hips, and wake up your shoulders. Plus, the rope is well made, and the color is great :) Im proud to show it off!
This is a great rope! I started with a 12mm rope and ordered this as my next step up. Still bouncing between the two, I’m amazed how much more work this 19mm is, it’s a beast in the best way possible. Great feel and super high quality - love it!
Great rope! Perfect weight for 90% of my rope work but might be a little heavy for beginners.
High quality rope and nice workmanship on the knots and finishing. Soft and flowy. Just enough weight to increase the effort needed to move it, but I can still do all my techniques with ease.
Love this rope, well made and it’s a good weight. I use it to warm up my shoulders for jiu jitsu and bouldering.

This is my first rope and I am having so much fun with it. Been lifting for 16 years mostly powerlifting and this looser style of movement seems like something really beneficial for me.

Flows like butter. Awesome intro to heavier ropes. Slush is an artist for real.
Get a real rope from them. Don’t keep using that cheap stuff. Get a real rope and feel the real difference.
Great Quality rope.
Too short, maybe suggest a length based on a persons height. I may have missed it. It doesn’t make it unusable but it is limiting.
The knots are too big and hard to handle other than that it’s a great look and quality.
